Your next hire may have applied last year
Past Applicants looks through everyone who ever applied to your company and shows the people who may fit each job you have open now. They have the right kind of experience, they live close enough, and nobody marked them as not eligible for rehire.
Check them before you pay for job boards. Search the list, narrow it down, then email or text the people you choose, all from HRGP.

How Past Applicants works
Open the list for a job
Past Applicants shows on your Overview page, above the tabs on the Applicants page, and on each job. Click See all to open the full list for one open job.
HRGP ranks who may fit
People with more experience in that kind of work, recent experience, or a matching license rank higher. You choose the distance: within 25, 40 or 60 miles. People already in your process, hired, or marked as a no-show or not eligible for rehire are left out.
Search, or ask in a sentence
Type words to search names, towns, tags, notes, work history, skills and résumé text. Put a minus in front to hide people, like -unimpressive. Or press Ask and type a sentence, like "people with a 7A and maybe walking route experience".
Narrow it down
Pick when they last applied (the last 3, 6, 12, 24 or 36 months, or your own dates), which job they applied for before, and how far they got in your hiring process, from Applied only to Interviewed in person.
Reach out and keep a record
Check the people you want, then Email selected or Text selected. Each person gets their own message. Add the same note or reminder to everyone you checked, for example after texting them from your own phone.
What keeps it fair and respectful
- Nothing is sent to anyone until you choose Email selected or Text selected.
- Every email can carry a link that says "Don't contact me again". Anyone who uses it, or replies STOP to a text, is never emailed or texted by your company again, from anywhere in HRGP.
- Texts end with "Reply STOP to opt out."
- With an HRGP texting number, texts go out one at a time from HRGP. Without one, each person gets a Text button that opens your phone's Messages app with the message ready.
- When you press Ask, AI reads only your sentence. It never reads a résumé, a name or a note.
- Private notes stay private. Search only reads them for the person who wrote them and for admins.

How far back does it look?
Every applicant your company has ever had in HRGP, for every open job, no matter how old the job is.
What is the difference between Search and Ask?
Search finds the exact words you type and is instant. Ask understands a normal sentence, works out what someone must have and what would be nice to have, and shows you how it read your question.
Who can use it?
Staff with access to applicants. Employee-only logins don't see it.
We don't have an HRGP texting number. Can we still text?
Yes. On your phone, each person's Text button opens your Messages app with their number and message filled in. You press send.
Is this included in the price?
