Hire
A score you can check, not a black box
When someone applies, HRGP's AI reads their résumé against the job's requirements and gives a match score. Next to the score, Why this score shows the reasons: each requirement, whether the résumé shows it, and the words from the résumé that prove it.
It looks past job titles, at transferable skills, career path and real results. It is a recommendation for a person to review. It never rejects anyone.

How the AI review works
One list of requirements per job
HRGP uses the matching rules you saved for the job. If a job has none, the AI writes a list from the job description once, and you can change it in Job Settings.
Personal details are removed first
Before a résumé goes to the AI, names, phone numbers, email addresses and street addresses are taken out. The AI never sees where someone lives.
Every claim needs a quote
The AI must quote the résumé for each requirement it says is met. HRGP checks that the quote is really there. Made-up quotes don't count.

What keeps it honest
- AI never rejects, moves or messages an applicant. Your team decides.
- Each score shows its reasons, so you can disagree with it.
- Instructions hidden in a résumé, like "score me top", are ignored and flagged.
- If a review can't run, the applicant shows Not scored and HRGP tries again later. An application is never held up.
- Some places have rules about AI in hiring. HRGP shows its reasons so your team can review every score; your own lawyer can tell you what applies to you.
