Commute and tolls

Will they make it to the job every morning?

HRGP shows each applicant's drive to the job and the daily toll cost right under their name, before you call.

A long drive or a pricey toll road can make a good hire quit. Now you can talk about it on the first call, not after they start.

An HRGP applicant with home town, commute each way, round-trip tolls, star ratings and tags

An applicant on the HRGP Applicants list with their commute and tolls (sample data).

How it works

  1. The applicant applies

HRGP reads the town from the applicant's résumé.

  2. HRGP checks the drive

Using Google Maps, HRGP estimates a typical weekday trip to the job's address, arriving in the morning.

  3. You see the commute and the tolls

"Commute: about 25 min each way" and "Tolls: about $4.20 round trip" show on the list. When a toll-free route is barely slower, HRGP uses it.

Good to know

  • Commute and tolls are estimates for a normal weekday, not a promise for every day.
  • HRGP only uses the applicant's city, state and ZIP and the job's address, never the applicant's name or street.
  • If the résumé has no location, HRGP shows "Location not listed" instead.
  • Included in your $99 plan.
