Fewer "can you send me" questions
My Employee Portal is the employee's own page in HRGP. They see their time off, benefits, pay and the things that need them, so fewer questions land on your desk.
An employee can only see their own information. They have no access to applicants or to other employees.

What an employee sees
My to-do list
Forms to fill in, benefit choices to make and beneficiaries to add, all on one list.
My hours and pay
Regular, overtime, paid time off, holiday and sick hours, with estimated pay before taxes once the pay period is approved.
My time off
Balances, what's waiting for approval, upcoming time off and a button to send a new request.
My benefits
Open enrollment, the plans they are in, dependents and beneficiaries.
My profile and completed forms
Their contact details, password and a copy of the forms they completed. Private answers such as Social Security and account numbers stay hidden.
Check-ins and reports
If your company uses them: First 90 Days check-ins, their Mira report, Team Map and How My Team Sees Me.
A to-do list that does the chasing
The to-do list is the first thing an employee sees. Each item says what it is, whether it's waiting on them, and when it's due: a federal form, a state form that must be printed and signed, a benefit choice with its deadline, or a safety form with an Open form button. When nothing is waiting, it says so.
Pay and time off, without asking
Under My hours and pay, each approved pay period shows regular, overtime and paid time off hours, with gross pay, deductions and estimated pay before taxes. A note on the card says it's an estimate and not a paycheck. Under My time off, they see their balances, what's coming up and what's still waiting for approval, and they can send a new request from the same card.
Why it matters for a small team
Most of the small questions an office gets are about these things: how much vacation is left, what was my last check, did you get my form. When people can look it up on their phone, those questions go away. Because the portal reads the same records your team keeps in HRGP, what the employee sees and what the office sees match.
What they can't do
The portal is not a back door. An employee login has no access to applicants or other employees' records. A manager who uses HRGP for hiring can also have their own portal page, and it's the same page anyone else gets.
Why it helps
- Employees use it on a phone, so the people in the field can reach it too.
- Everyone can see what they still need to do, so you chase people less.
- Estimated pay is clearly an estimate. Paychecks and pay stubs come from your payroll company.
- Included in your $99 plan, with no per-seat fees.
Employee portal questions
Is My Employee Portal a pay stub site?
No. It shows hours and estimated pay before taxes. Your payroll company makes the real paycheck and pay stub.
Can an employee see other people's information?
No. An Employee login can use My Employee Portal only: their own forms, time off and pay. They can't see applicants or other employees.
Does it cost extra for each employee?
No. HRGP has no per-seat fees.
Does an employee need a computer?
No. The portal works on a phone.
Can an employee see a copy of a form they finished?
Yes. Completed forms are listed under My profile, with private answers hidden.
