How to write a job post with AI in HRGP
Tap to describe the job out loud
Talk through the role the way you would explain it to a friend: what the job is, where it is and what you need. Or type it in your own words.
HRGP writes the first draft
Choose Use this recording and HRGP's AI writes the job post. The draft is marked AI-written, so you know to review it before saving.
Change anything that's wrong, then publish
Edit the draft until it says exactly what you want. Mira can also suggest personality trait ranges from the job's title and description; you review them and save.
Send it out with JobTarget
After you publish, post free to Organic sites through JobTarget; paid job boards like Indeed are bought from JobTarget at their price.
Why owners use it
