How the survey works
Start a survey
Choose the employee and at least 3 peers or direct reports.

Read the summary
Team scores show only when 3 or more people answered. If you ask a written question, AI summarizes the answers so exact words are never shown.
Pick one thing
Once the admin shares the results, the person chooses one thing to work on. If you turn it on, a check 90 days later shows whether anything changed.
