How Team Map works
Ask the team
Each person gets a to-do on My Employee Portal and says yes or no. A map needs at least 3 people.
Run the map
Anyone who hasn't joined is left out. It takes a minute or two.
Meet for 45 minutes
A guide walks the team through it. You write your own agreements.
What it leaves out
- It never shows scores, personality types or anyone's full Mira report.
- Joining is up to each person.
- It's for working better together, not for pay, promotion or firing decisions.
Team Map questions
How many people can be on a map?
From 3 to 12, counting the manager.
Do people have to join?
No. Anyone who says no is left out, and the manager just sees that they haven't joined.
Is it included?
Yes. It's included in the $99 plan.
