These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Hire and Retain Good People (“HRGP”) platform. By using HRGP, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
HRGP is a SaaS platform that provides recruiting, interview management, communication, and scheduling tools, including optional integrations with third-party services such as Google Calendar.
2. Account Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account information
- Maintain the security of your login credentials
- Ensure lawful use of candidate and employee data
- Obtain all necessary consents from candidates and users
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
3. Google Calendar Integration
If you connect HRGP to your Google account:
- You authorize HRGP to access Google Calendar data via Google OAuth
- Access is limited to scheduling and interview-related functionality
- You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings
HRGP complies with Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use HRGP for unlawful, discriminatory, or abusive purposes
- Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access
- Misuse candidate data or violate privacy laws
5. Data Ownership
- You retain ownership of data you upload
- You grant HRGP a limited license to process data solely to provide the service
- HRGP does not claim ownership of your Google data
6. Subscription & Billing
Subscription terms, fees, and billing cycles are disclosed at signup or via invoice. Optional features may incur additional charges.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for:
- Violations of these Terms
- Non-payment
- Legal or security concerns
Upon termination, access to integrations may cease.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HRGP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
