1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using HRGP, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
HRGP provides an applicant tracking system (ATS) designed for small businesses. Our services include candidate management, job posting, interview scheduling, AI-powered screening tools, and related hiring workflow features.
3. Account Registration
To use HRGP, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription and Payment
HRGP is offered on a subscription basis at $99 per month. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. We offer a 30-day free trial for new accounts. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use HRGP only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including employment and anti-discrimination laws
6. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload to HRGP, including candidate information, job postings, and communications. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve our services.
7. Intellectual Property
HRGP and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HRGP and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our service without our express written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
HRGP is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HRGP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of HRGP after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
