Brad Bartlett, a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.A. in Communications, combines his extensive experience in sales, marketing, and training from his time at Drake P3 System with a deep-rooted passion for entrepreneurship. In 2009, he founded HRGP with an ambitious vision: to create an Applicant Tracking System tailored to micro and small businesses' unique needs, particularly in service industries such as pest control and lawn care.
Bartlett is the epitome of determination and persistence. His hard-working ethos has been pivotal in overcoming the myriad challenges of establishing and growing a business in a competitive market. HRGP’s approach to offering unmatched ATS solutions to businesses in the USA and Canada reflects this spirit of overcoming all odds.
Beyond his professional life, Brad is a loyal husband and a devoted father to an Autistic son. His personal journey has instilled in him a profound understanding of the value of patience, empathy, and resilience—qualities he brings to his leadership at HRGP.
