With a background in sales, marketing, and training, and years of experience working alongside service-based companies, Brad saw firsthand how complicated and expensive hiring software had become. Small business owners needed something simpler. More practical. More affordable. So he built it.
Today, HRGP serves businesses across the United States and Canada — particularly in service industries like pest control and lawn care — providing powerful hiring tools at a straightforward $99/month price point.
